She enjoys her free time since her children have grown and is an avid speed walker and jogger. She is passionate about sharing her habits with others so that they may improve their well-being. Karen and her husband enjoy their homebody lifestyle where they are enriched by her preparation of tasty low fat meals and his ability to do any house repair. These small acts keep her inspired and happy.
