I am looking back at how and why this book all started! It was about 20 years ago when I was working two jobs, hosting my own Radio Show and found time to Counsel my clients, then I came to the reality that I could not make everybody happy overworking myself. My body was signaling me that it needed attention especially when I ate late and my stomach was disgruntled! My daughter was in her teenage years and my son wasn't fully ten years old, so my attention was very needed. My clientele had increased and everything was breaking loose! I was also working among some folks who were very negative. Most of my income was coming from that negative environment. I would always talk positively to motivate my co-workers but to no avail. Then, I decided to change that negative environment regardless of the income. When I shared my decision with some of my co-workers, they would have every reason as to why I needed to stay there and not lost that income. I tuned them out of my subconscious mind so that I did not hear any repetition of their negatives. I took a week off from work and wrote down all the positives and how I hoped to accomplish them. I made up a thirty days to transform yourself plan. I challenged myself and within thirty days, I started a full consultation practice. I had some of my clients to implement the "Thirty Days to Transform Yourself" and their lives changed for the better. I started to put the manuscript together and was almost finished when my computer burnt up. I kept on using the same formula to assist some of my clients who were willing to give it a try and they were satisfied. One of my clients, Latoya M. was very terrified to quit a job that was very stressful. I used the same methods into this book and not only did she quit that stressful job, she is now a nurse and is still improving!
