Theresa A. Kirk, is a wife, mother, sister, and minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, author and to many, she is a friend. Born on January 3, 1967, and the oldest of four children, Theresa acknowledges the call for this season in her life. She has a burning desire to minister to the body of Christ; and her heart is especially fixed towards the ministry of women. Active in ministry most of her life, but must give a heartfelt confession that she has not always lived a born again life. God gained Theresa's attention while attending a women's conference over 15 years ago. The women who were on the platform that night captivated her. She later told a friend, "What those women were doing is what she wanted to do." Theresa described them as funny, sensitive, and yet they were all power packed with the Word. Little did she know that the season she spoke so fondly of would one day present itself as a reality and not just a fleeting conversation. Married to Ron W. Kirk, with two amazing children, Chelsea and Jaylon, a blessed woman is how Theresa would term her life, and she thanks God daily for trusting her with the three lives just mentioned, aside from the Heavenly Father Himself they are her greatest joy. The Lord has opened a door and because of her desire to do His will, she has accepted the call and has given Him a complete YES. Theresa is grateful for the awesome leadership of her Pastors, Dr. Fred & Linda Hodge of Living Praise Christian Center of Chatsworth and Lancaster, California, and their willingness to support the call on her life. Each time the Pastors are teaching, she receives the impartation of the empowered Word of God. Theresa currently is the coordinator for the woman's ministry at both church locations, she has actively supported women's ministry for several years. Theresa has gained wisdom and insight into God's Word. There are many more facets of Theresa's life that she could share, but for now, her objective is to have the chance to minister to your hearts and mind through the gift that God himself has given her. Her close friends have coined her as the modern day "Paul" due to her receiving "revelation upon revelation." It has been prophesied that God will bring her before Kings. When given the opportunity to hear her speak, her heart proclaims there will be a change.
