Sherri Kilpatrick graduated from Brigham Young University with a B.A. in Spanish. While teaching Spanish and raising four children, she began to write children's stories. After several vivid nightmares and dreams, she decided to write them down. In September 2009, she had the dream that would become this novel, Thor's Wife. In only two months, the novel was written and then underwent several revisions and editing. When she isn't writing, Sherri enjoys gardening, swimming, and reading. She still teaches Spanish and stays busy with her youngest daughter and three grandchildren.
