Charles Luster was born in Raiford, Florida and moved to Bartow, Florida with his parents Jessie and Annie Luster when he was just 2 years old. Charles attended Union Acadamy High School where he played football and ran track. He has two daughters, Deneen and Viv'Lora and two sons, Charles Jr. and Charles W. Smith and wife, Mattie Smith. He admits that he loves a game of tennis, is a Corvette enthusiest and is an inventer in his own right. His inventions include the Luster Mop, a survival jacket, a magnetic desk pad, and a portable garden. He is a member of Mt. Olive Freewill Baptist Church. Charles is Curator of Luster All Training Center African American Heritage Museaum. He is a real super man, who worked 27 years, 16 hours per day - retiring early at the age of 54.
