About The Author

Barbara McGuigan is a registered nurse, a watercolor painter, and a grandmother to 13 grandchildren. Inspired by her granddaughters, Ella, Stephanie, and Tessa, she wrote and illustrated this first picture book by hand. Born in Pennsylvania and now retired in South Carolina, Barbara enjoys gardening, golfing, painting, and sharing stories filled with love.
