My name is Mariyana Doykova. I am the author of the book "TO START BELIEVING...The Panic Attacks - Beginning and End".
After I wrote the book, I devoted myself to studying human behaviour more profoundly and my desire to help more people to feel good and to enjoy life. In my opinion, this will happen once you start believing again and start being bold optimist.
I have described my experience with panic attacks in details in my book. The first stressful situation hit me in a car while I was driving. Shortness of breath, dizziness, tightness in the chest, trembling, sweating. I couldn't react because I didn't know what was happening. Rather, I petrified that something bad would happen to me any moment. I thought I was dying or going crazy. Since that incident, my "suffering" and the subsequent "awakening" from the trap of the fear began.
