I was born in London 1971 to the sound of the Bow Bells, a true cockney so I'm told but was brought up in the town of Peterborough from the age of five, so I would suppose I'm just a country boy at heart. I was never into reading poetry or books of any kind. My learning came from the cold and sometimes dark streets of life. It is only when I left school to find my way in life, did the real education and learning begin which has brought me to where I am today.
