There is a feeling we are supposed to follow our natural path to combining plants and animals in our every day diet.I also tend to not refer to myself as a vegan. It takes no willpower to eat different foods that make no change to the way you eat now.This is not a ram it down your throat book to convince someone to be vegan, that's your choice and I can only educate without all the graphic details you may have been expecting. If you wanted the graphic details to convince you to make the world a better place and not harm animals, this is not the book for you. I will however point out facts, numbers and details that are very pro vegan and easy to digest. If you don't want to see these, this is not the book for you.I don't use scare tactics to educate you why it's great to be a vegan. Nor do I ram a self centered attitude down your throat; in fact I'm the opposite of what you would expect from a vegan.
