The student recruits a small cadre of friends and fellow-students to help him get the scanner to these tech rebels, while government Security Forces and local police scour the country trying to stop them.
From big city streets to rural safe houses, the David and Goliath cat and mouse game will continue until one or the other side prevails, and freedom of thought will survive or shall forever perish from this earth.
