Since 2003 he has been living in The Netherlands, where he completed 15 years working for ABN AMRO until being kicked back into consulting. Fernando travels frequently to different parts of the world helping companies to cope with people issues in change processes, especially regarding cross-cultural differences, organization development and leadership development. He is also a former chairman of the Supervisory Group of AIESEC International, the world's largest student exchange network.
