Uinta Flora, first published by the USDA Forest Service in 1986 and updated in 2014 and 2016, is a comprehensive field guide to approx. 1700 species of plants found in the Uinta Basin and Uinta Mountains of northeastern Utah, western Colorado, and southwest Wyoming. The guide, arranged alphabetically by plant family, provides keys, plant descriptions, and location, habitat, and taxonomic information for each species. A glossary and index are included, as are a number of illustrations of rare plants known from the region.
