Book Description

Jira is the most widely adopted platform for Agile project management. This book, Ultimate Agile Administration with Jira (2nd Edition), gives you a practical, end-to-end command of Jira Cloud, from first setup through to advanced administration, automation, and AI-assisted workflows with Rovo.

You begin with Agile fundamentals and Jira's core architecture, such as projects, boards, work types, permissions, and workflows, and then build progressively through sprint management, backlog refinement, and Kanban configuration.
