Influence changes everything

How do you influence? By living life to the full and sharing the overflow of that to others? Or living life with a long crabby face as a result of the inner heart issues and spreading that around instead? Personally I walked a million miles with a sour heart and that story will unfold through the pages of this book as I describe inner transformation that is possible for all of us.

Perhaps like me you have lived grumpy too. In some way or other, we are all exerting some sort of effect, good or bad, often without realising it...in positive or less-than-positive ways. Here are some of the daily issues we women face:

• Caring for families. Women are generally the carers for both the children and older family members;
• Hormones--when some of us might be a nightmare to live with;
• Being busy--filling many roles with limited time to fulfill them;
• Multi-focussed--juggling home, work and the whole world. Today's young women have more to negotiate than their mothers did at the same age.

As a result, our ripples may not extend in good ways due to a lack of fresh flowing input and time from our Maker.
