Unconscious Thoughts: Thoughts and Feelings Influence Our Lives (Paperback) (ISBN-13: 9798390224939)

Unconscious thoughts have a significant influence on our lives, even if we are not aware of them. These thoughts are often the result of our past experiences, our education, our social interactions and our environment. They can have an impact on our behaviour, our relationships, our mental and physical health, and our overall well-being.

For example, if we have negative beliefs deeply rooted in ourselves, such as "I'm not good enough/don't," it can lead to low self-esteem and lack of self-confidence. These thoughts can also prevent us from trying new things or facing challenges, which can limit our personal and professional growth.

Similarly, if we have negative unconscious thoughts about others, it can affect our interpersonal relationships. Negative judgments about others can prevent us from understanding and appreciating them, which can lead to conflict and difficulties in our relationships.

It is important to be aware of these unconscious thoughts so that we can work to overcome them and replace them with positive and more constructive thoughts. This may involve practicing mindfulness, working with a therapist or developing a routine of personal reflection to identify negative patterns of thought and replace them with positive thoughts. By taking steps to overcome unconscious thoughts, we can improve our quality of life and overall well-being.
