When the Five Fold Hand of God is restored it releases an outpouring of His Spirit. I Kings 17 tells of Elijah the Prophet confronting King Ahab. He prophecies that it would not rain for three and a half years and it happened. I Kings 18: 41-46 gives a wonderful picture of what happens when the Five Fold Hand of God is restored. It is now the end of three and half years of no rain. Elijah begins to intercede for rain. He sends his servant to see if rain was coming. He checks sev en times, on the seventh time, he reports, "a cloud the size of a man's hand is coming up out of the sea."
Notice what happens: the sky grew black, wind blew and a heavy rain fell. The servant had to go seven times signifying God's completion of the last prophetic word and the beginning of new prophetic era. Then the Five Fold Hand of God begins to rise out of the sea; representing the masses of humanity. The servant saw the cloud like a MAN'S HAND. Revealing the Mighty Hand of God upon the repentant nation.
