Paul Lockinger is the president of Can Do Home Inspections Inc. in Mesa, Arizona. Paul received his Home Inspection training through the Sonoran Desert Institute of Arizona where he completed both the Specialized Course in Home Inspection, and served an Apprenticeship offered by the institute. Through the apprenticeship program Paul worked with multiple inspectors on thirty parallel inspections. It was through this apprenticeship as well as his life experiences that Paul realized the importance of obtaining knowledge from as many sources as possible. Since receiving his certification in Home Inspection in 2003, Paul has continued his education through books, seminars, and through the hundreds of home inspections he has completed. Paul also acquired knowledge by looking at home inspection through the eyes of the home inspectors that served their apprenticeships with him.
