Young has an M.A. in organizational management from George Washington University. A co-founder of the NCEO, she now heads the center's employee involvement work and is its managing director. Before becoming associated with the center, she was a staff member of the U.S. Senate. She is the co-author of Employee Ownership in America and editor of ESOPs in Public Companies.
