Unfinished Surveillance: A Novel of Witness (Paperback) (ISBN-13: 9781790718061)

David B. Jordan had a promising career ahead of him as he completed his post-graduate fieldwork. He predicts a killer venereal disease and then suffers a psychotic break. Initially, he believes this break to be the result of someone slipping drugs into his food or drink. After he relocates to a new city and the symptoms continue, it's clear that this dizzying episode is something else altogether. Now he struggles to determine exactly what is real and what is not. Based on the true story of the author's real-life experiences, this book provides a unique insight into chronic paranoid schizophrenia. Author Nii Parkes (Tail of the Bluebird) said: "I found Unfinished Surveillance interesting and disturbing in equal measure."
