SYNOPSIS-

1776. England. Catholic church.
A young deacon is ordained into the priesthood.
However, a profound secret resides within his heart, as he is aware that the path he is pursuing is not his true calling, but rather an escape from his past. With a strong connection to the Bishop, Christopher (the priest) attempts to confess, yet finds himself unable to do so. Meanwhile, the Bishop harbors a dark secret of his own, prompting his long-overdue search for his son, born out of wedlock many years ago. As the events in Christopher's personal life escalate towards his execution, the Bishop uncovers the truth, which he now understands is best left hidden.
