Serving as the founder and Executive Director of 2nd C.H.A.N.C.E Center 4 Boyz, Keith W. Babb III, brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the organization. Mr. Babb has over a decade of experience working with at-risk youth in various capacities and from varying demographics. Mr. Babb has served as a mentor to underprivileged youth through the Boys & Girls Club as well as volunteered as a coach for youth sports with the YMCA. His professional career began as a Transition Specialist with Camelot Community Care where he assisted youth with their successful transition from foster care to adulthood by providing them with life skill trainings and other essential services to mitigate their likelihood of becoming homeless. Mr. Babb currently serves on various boards and committees within the Tampa Bay Community, such as the Hillsborough County Anti-Bullying Advisory Committee, where he provides advice and recommendations to the Hillsborough County Board of County Commissioners to curb and eliminate all forms of bullying throughout Hillsborough County, Florida. He also serves in the role as a Ordained Elder & Outreach Ministry Coordinator at New Dawn Restoration Center in Tampa, FL where he is under the leadership of Rev. Dr. Julia M. McMillan. Mr. Babb graduated from one of the top research institutions in the country, the University of South Florida located in Tampa, FL, with a Bachelors degree in Social Work, a Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Management, and a Masters Degree in Public Administration. Mr. Babb has also received his Masters Degree in Discipleship Ministries from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary. Mr. Babb is married to his wife, Sarina Babb of 7 years and has dedicated his life to improving the well-being of at-risk youth. Not only has his educational and professional experience prepared him to create change in the lives of at-risk boys but he has the passion, desire, & commitment to Christ that enables him in making a lasting impact that will create 2nd C.H.A.N.C.E opportunities in the lives of boys and young men.
