Melonie Janet Mangum is a skilled people person, lovingly involved in the lives of countless people. As a young woman, she worked at her local school district in the Special Education department. The connection she made there with the parents of children with special needs challenged her to do more. Never considering herself an expert, in response, she pioneered the Touchpoint for Parents group at her local church. An ordained minister, she earned her practical theology doctorate degree with an emphasis in Christian education and evangelism in 1995 and her doctorate of theology degree (ThD) in 1998 from International College of Bible Theology. Since 1992 Melonie has worked with teams of all ages, both developing the team members as well as leading teams that train and equip people in numerous nations around the world. She is the founder and president of Partners For Transformation (partners4transformation.com). She also serves Aglow International as the Transformation Director (Aglow.org). She is the loving mother of three and grandmother living in California.
