Chi Ma'at is a certified practitioner of Tai Chi/Qi Gong from the Roper School of Martial Arts. Her meditation practice, along with her vegan live-ity have healed her mind, body and spirit. She believes illness is generated through the emotional body prior to it manifesting with physical symptoms in the physical body. Her experience and thoughts about healing are to get to the root cause rather than to just treat symptoms. To add to her credentials, she obtained her Certification in Progressive Energy Field Tapping from the Progressive EFT Institute and the National Alliance for Emotional Health in 2016. Her Raw Food Preparation Certification was obtained while working at the renowned Raw Reality Restaurant in Atlanta Georgia under the direction of owner and friend Tassili Ma'at. She has also completed The Law of Time Level 1 Class taught by Master of Natural Time Wanique Khemi Tehuti Shabazz. Chi has facilitated several discussions and workshops on health and wellness in various states including Pennsylvania, North Carolina, California, and Georgia. She currently sits on the Executive Board at Sevananda Natural Foods Coop in Atlanta Georgia. Her first book, Healing Gifts from Our Planet: A Woman's Journey to Vibrant Health is still proving to be a huge success. She believes in the motto: "An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure," and that practicing the simple and easy techniques she describes in this book can create a healthier, happier and more balanced life.
