What about your re-presentation internally? You probably saw images of yourself having a hard time, feeling stressed and irritated. In the most weary and bored tone of life, you probably said to yourself, "Do I have to do this now? Can I do it later?" How do we create motivation?

A question we have to ask ourselves, how did we create that when we are in a motivated state, take action and fulfill our tasks?

Probably, our physiology was different. We stood differently, breathed differently, and walked differently. We probably re-presented the mission in our minds very differently.

We saw each other get results, have fun and do things effortlessly. We were probably saying, "do it now " "Let's get it done " in a voice that was more excited, pitched higher.

Note, there is hardly any deliberate control of our nations. With the goal of regulating our environments, we do not actively alter our physiology nor do we monitor our inner re-presentations.

Instead, our minds are allowed to run on autopilot causing us to lose control over our own lives, resulting in disappointing results we are not to be satisfied with.

Now that we are conscious that states of motivation and procrastination are entirely created by us, it is our responsibility to learn and take responsibility for our behavior and inner expression, leading us to achieve the greater results that we seek.
