He currently works as a Lecturer at Morgan State University and a Graduate Adjunct professor of History at Jackson State University. He lectures on American History, African Diaspora History, and Afro-Caribbean spirituality. His previous teaching institutions include the Johns Hopkins University and the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
