I grew a up in the impoverished and crime ridden section of the South Bronx. At he age of seven I was intoduced to marijuana by my parents. At the age of 15 I was using cocaine, and at the age of 16 I dropped out of high school. At 17 I joined the US Army and by the age of 20, I had completed my 3 year enlistment obligation. Unfortunately the year was 1987 and the crack epidemic had America in it's death grip and I too would become addicted to crack. By the time I was 21, I had numerous encounters with law enforcement because of the sale of narcotics. With God's grace and a fierce determination, I beat my drug addiction and began to head up a small, but violent criminal enterprise. Ironically it was an officer from the 42nd precinct in the Bronx who suggested that I write my story. So after years of drug dealing and crime I wrote, "The Warriors of The Wasteland."
