Julian Thornton has 27 years of experience with water loss management in 15 different countries and has published over thirty specialized papers on water loss management. He currently chairs the sub-committee writing the Third Edition of the American Water Works Association (AWWA) M36 publication Water Audits and Loss Control Programs, and is the Pressure Management Team Leader for the International Water Association's (IWA) Water Loss Task Force.
Reinhard Sturm is a water loss control specialist with extensive North American and international experience. He has published numerous water loss management papers and was the lead author and coprincipal investigator for the research project "Leakage Management Technologies" sponsored by the American Water Works Association Research Foundation. He is active in the AWWA Water Loss Control Committee and the IWA Water Loss Task Force.
George A. Kunkel Jr, P.E. is a registered professional engineer with the Philadelphia Water Department. He has written frequently on innovations in water loss control, serving as coauthor of the Free Water Audit Software published by the American Water Works Association (AWWA) and as technical editor for the Third Edition of the AWWA M36 publication Water Audits and Loss Control Programs.
