Ruth developed seven chronic illnesses and realized her life had to change. She prayed for help, healing, and the opportunity to use her love of writing for the rest of her life. A miraculous event occurred. While she was writing, her hand began to move of its own accord. She read the words as they appear on the page, "If you will write for us, we will take care of you for the rest of your life".
