WE WILL BE HAPPY: A Mother's Journey and a Victory Over Asperger's

"We will be happy soon," wrote eight-year-old son in an email to his mother. At the time, Maya didn't know how that simple sentence would become the guiding light of their lives.

When her son was diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome, Maya was faced with a wall of silence and uncertainty. From the first signs at eighteen months to the challenging peak of impulsivity in his teenage years, this is the raw, honest, and deeply moving story of a mother who refused to give up.

Through years of relentless patience, creative "theater" sessions, and a commitment to never lower the bar, Maya navigated the complex world of early intervention and specialized education. Today, that three-year-old boy who struggled to speak is a successful Software Engineer, a marathon runner, and an independent young man living his own life.

In this inspiring memoir, you will discover:

The Power of Persistence: How a 4% success rate became a reality through unwavering dedication.

Practical Hope: A firsthand look at the strategies, repetitions, and interventions that bridged the gap between isolation and independence.

The Emotional Arc: The shift from a mother's desperate questionsto the peace of seeing him stand on his own feet.

We Will Be Happy is more than just a book about neurodiversity; it is a universal testament to the strength of the human spirit and the transformative power of a mother's love. It is a roadmap for any parent facing a difficult diagnosis and a beacon of hope for anyone who believes that miracles are built one step at a time.

If you are looking for a story that proves impossible is just a starting point, this book is for you.
