I live in Saugus, California with my wife, Barbara who has functioned as my first reader for most of my works. A rabid reader and lover of history, I have peppered my tales, when appropriate, with historical references and strive to make the details as historically accurate and pertinent to the story as possible. First published in a student newspaper at Boston University, I followed up by publishing in the Citadel, a literary journal produced every year at Los Angeles City College. Following my passion for wine and history I published a weekly column in the Newhall Signal, a daily paper in my hometown of Santa Clarita, California, for two years. Additionally I published in The Underground Wine Journal and was a contributing editor for four years. I returned to fiction in 2013 and have just completed the first draft of my fifteenth novel. Among my favorite writers are Daniel Silva, Michael Connelly, C.J. Box, Robert Crais, Victor Gischler, Duane Swierzynsky, Elmore Leonard, Raymond Chandler and Edgar Rice Burroughs.
