"What a Journey" is a fictional children's book that teaches themes of love, kindness, compassion, and inclusion. In the book, Journey the goat goes to school and notices she is different from the other young goats, due to her disabilities. Journey has one leg that is too long, one that is too short, and an ear that is longer than the other. While Journey the goat is a fictional character in the story, the book is based on a real-life goat named Journey that had these same disabilities and was cared for by the Ima Survivor Sanctuary in Plum Grove, Texas from March 2021 - July 2021.
