Pammy Jo was born in Casper, Wyoming in 1962. From this time on, she and her two sisters lived on the family ranch some 56 miles NW of Glenrock, Wyoming. Back in those days, life on the ranch wasn't all a bowl of roses, times were tougher, and so were the people. Pam started riding a horse by age 3 and was gathering cows/sheep by age 5...and there began to develop her life skills and her individuality. Then some where around 1974, Pam's family started a dirt moving construction company.....Pam would then learn such jobs as driving truck, hauling water to oil locations, moving heavy equipment, digging ditch with a backhoe, and many more. Pam and her sisters were expected to do anything that was needed on the ranch or for the construction company, it didn't matter if you were a boy or girl!! From this upbringing, grew a very strong, independent woman, carrying with her those same thoughts and ideas of how life should be lived as husband and wife. As Pam moved thru life, from college, to ranching, to owning coffee houses, to her photography business, she found it much easier to run a business than to find a suitable mate. Her reasoning....most women aren't raised to be independent...but rather "dependent" and the fact is...most men can't handle that. After much searching, Pam found her "diamond in the rough", a man she loves and finally one that can handle her independence. They were married in 2007. With a few years of marriage under her belt, Pam realized some things were "out of whack". She began visiting with her friends about their marriages and relationships and quickly figured out MANY things were....."out of whack"!....and at that time, the idea to write "What Exactly Are You Thinking" was born. This book is a straightforward approach to some of the problems facing couples in today's world, a world where both spouses work outside the home.
