What Love Made Possible: A Memoir of Healing from Intergenerational Complex Trauma (Paperback) (ISBN-13: 9781923255777)

In this sensitively written memoir, Christina shares her experiences of surviving inter-generational war trauma and parents with untreated mental health issues.

This nostalgic exploration is told against the backdrop of the Australian suburbs, when mental health was stigmatised and discussions about domestic violence and child abuse were taboo.

The fall out of the Vietnam War played out in her living room, forever changing her life and those of her two young sisters.

Christina outlines the lasting impact that trauma has on the mind, body and spirit and the steps she took to heal.

She explores the concepts of love and hope and how they are at the centre of her life, helping guide her to the future she dreamt of.

Christina shares her emotional journey of self-discovery and triumph over trauma, remaining true to herself despite the pressures of the world.

Now a successful businesswoman Christina shares her story with you, hoping you too can join her in being seen and heard.
