What now?: Is this all there is? (Paperback) (ISBN-13: 9798195566975)

Half-Time Woman
Time is short... and it's moving faster than you think. Days become years, and before you know it, a lifetime has passed-while many women stay in the same place, taking care of everyone... and forgetting themselves. You've learned to be everything for everyone. But when was the last time you were something for yourself? When was the last time you felt truly alive? Being needed is not the same as being fulfilled. Remember the girl you once were? The one who dreamed freely, who imagined a big, beautiful life? What happened to her? Little by little, dreams were postponed. "Later," you said... while life kept saying "now." And one day you realize: you've become efficient at living a life that no longer excites you. That is the real tragedy-getting used to a life too small for your soul. This routine is not your destiny. This exhaustion is not your purpose. You were not born just to serve, solve, and survive. You were born to live, to feel, to dream, and to choose a life that fulfills you. Stop looking at others. Stop waiting. Look within. The woman you've been ignoring is still there, waiting for you to choose her. No one knows how to live your life better than you. Love, give, and care-but never abandon yourself. Today is your moment. You can take your life or let it slip away. But if you choose to truly live, nothing will be able to stop you. Everything depends on you.
