When My Thoughts Got Too Loud helps children understand big emotions and noisy thoughts in a gentle, relatable way.

Meet Mateo, a creative young builder who loves making towers, bridges, and castles.
One sudden crash turns his proud creation into pieces on the floor.
Inside Mateo's head, a very loud Thought appears - The Boom - shouting, stomping, and filling his mind with frustration.

Instead of fighting his feelings, Mateo learns to listen to them.
With a clever idea, he discovers that even loud thoughts can be helpful, turning what once felt overwhelming into a source of strength.

This beautifully illustrated children's book teaches emotional regulation, self-awareness, and problem-solving.
It helps kids recognize anger, frustration, and sensory overload without fear or shame.
Perfect for children ages 5-9, it supports social-emotional learning at home and in the classroom.

Parents and educators will appreciate its calm, reassuring message, soft visuals, and thoughtful storytelling.
Children will see themselves in Mateo's struggles and feel empowered by his solution.

Part of the Thought Buddies series, each story shows that thoughts are not enemies - they can be guides, helpers, and friends.
