Throughout her career, Pamela has served in the capacity of Counselor, Child/Adolescent Therapist, Behavior-Disorder Teacher and Behavior Intervention Specialist, which has provided her with a plethora of expertise in the field of Child and Adolescent Growth and Development. Her knowledge and skills have enabled her to assist children, parents, and caregivers in the development of healthy social and emotional values.

Pamela believes that growing up without a father can have a domino effect, thus affecting a child's ability to transition successfully into adulthood and/or parenthood. Pamela believes that both parents play an equally important role in the rearing and development of their children's emotional, social, and physical well-being. However, the child looks primarily to the father as the protector, the one who provides a sense of security both physically and emotionally.
