Whispered Through the Prophets: Yeshua in the Old Testament (Paperback) (ISBN-13: 9798298834872)

From Joshua to Jesus, from yeshuah to Yeshua, the Hebrew Bible is filled with the name of salvation. Whispered Through the Prophets explores how the Old Testament reveals Jesus not only in types and shadows but by name. With careful study of the Hebrew text, detailed word studies, rabbinic commentary, and insights from the Church Fathers, Michael S. Taylor demonstrates that Yeshua is embedded in the Scriptures of Israel. This book is both deeply scholarly and warmly evangelistic, designed to help Christians witness to Jewish friends and to show seekers that Jesus is the Messiah promised in the Tanakh.
