Why Do We Really Want a Baby?: - From reasons to consequences - (Paperback) (ISBN-13: 9786303126388)

This is not a parenting manual. It's an invitation to a single, honest moment before any life-changing decision: the moment you allow yourself to ask, without shame or pretense- Why do I really want a child?

Inside is a safe space to examine the deepest motives behind the desire to have a baby-where longing intertwines with fear, old wounds, unmet needs, and inherited ideals. The book asks uncomfortable questions, opens pathways for healing conversations, and creates room for deliberate choice-not impulsive, pressured, or reparative decisions.

For the woman who feels guilty for lacking an immediate maternal instinct; for the man uncertain whether his wish comes from love or a need for validation; for couples hoping a child will save a relationship; for those who choose not to have children and fear judgment; and for parents who want to understand, heal, or transform their bond with their child-this is a reflective, compassionate guide to knowing yourself more deeply.

Becoming a parent is more than giving life. It's accompanying it. And that journey begins with one essential question: Why do I really want a child?
