Won't Let You Fall: A Memoir (Paperback) (ISBN-13: 9781958808559)

Set against the lush backdrop of the Pacific Northwest, Won't Let You Fall is a twenty-year memoir of M'Lyn's journey from dutiful caregiver to courageous truth-seeker. After her father's death, she sacrifices career, community, and love to care for her mother-only to confront buried family secrets, strained relationships, and the haunting question: "Where were you when I needed protecting?"

Guided by a therapist and medicine woman, M'Lyn excavates a childhood scarred by sexual abuse and the rigid dogma of a patriarchal church. Through nature, art, and healing practices, she reclaims lost parts of herself and wrestles with the tangled web of mother-daughter bonds. Ultimately, this is a story of resilience, forgiveness, and spiritual awakening-asking whether one can move beyond fear-based faith to embrace a compassionate, feminine divine.
