Heather Touw started writing in 2007 with an entry to poetry.com called, "God's Home in Heaven and on Earth," and the poem was published and was awarded "Editor's Choice Award" in June 2007. She decided to continue writing poems and words of wisdom putting her work of art in book form. She has also written songs. Heather has self-published a Christian juvenile book called, "Miracle Horse Skating." This book was written to inspire children and teenagers from ages 10 to 14. Although, an adult can enjoy reading this novel too. Heather Touw is married and has three children. She is currently a stay-at-home mom. Heather has an A.S. degree in Office Technology: Word Processing. She also enjoys knitting baby blankets in her spare time for The Ronald McDonald House.
