Works. With a Prefatory Chapter of Biographical Criticism by Leslei Stephen; Volume 10 (Paperback) (ISBN-13: 9781177095150)

This volume contains the works of Samuel Richardson, accompanied by a prefatory chapter of biographical criticism by Leslie Stephen. Stephen's insightful analysis provides a critical lens through which to examine Richardson's contributions to English literature. Richardson, a prominent 18th-century novelist, is known for his epistolary novels, including "Pamela," "Clarissa," and "Sir Charles Grandison." This collection offers readers a comprehensive view of Richardson's literary output, enhanced by Stephen's scholarly perspective.

Leslie Stephen was an English author, critic, historian, biographer, and mountaineer, and also the father of Virginia Woolf and Vanessa Bell.
