From an early age, Patricia was exposed to the supernatural power of God. When she was 9 years old, Patricia was baptized by A.A. Allen after her mother, Lucille Pugh, brought her to one of the healing evangelist's tent revivals in Shreveport, LA where young Patricia grew up. Later, the Pugh family (Patricia's maiden name) moved to Los Angeles. In her adult life, after some years of spiritual backsliding, the Lord supernaturally delivered Patricia from drugs and a life style of crime. From that point until today, Patricia has been faithfully seeking God and learning Holy Spirit's ways as she serves our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. As founder and Apostolic Leader of End Time Strike Force and Head Overseer of Outpouring of the Spirit Fire Ministry in Oakland California, Patricia understands the power of Holy Spirit led intercession and its ability to transform individuals, families, cities, nations and economic systems. Patricia's mission is to 1.Teach and train the Body of Christ about strategic level intercession and spiritual warfare; 2 Ordain and commission God's leaders into the their five-fold ministries as determined by the Lord Jesus and; 3.Set those who have been held captive by the enemy free so that they can worship and serve our Lord Jesus Christ in freedom and liberty. Patricia is a graduate of Crenshaw Christian Center's Ministry Training Institute in Los Angeles CA where Dr. Frederick K.C. Price is the Apostolic leader. Patricia was also submitted to Harvest Rock International in Pasadena, CA where Che' Ann serves as Apostolic Leader. Patricia was ordained by Ken and Sylvia Thornberg of Freedom Encounter Deliverance Ministries in 2005. In 2008, Patricia was commissioned into vocational ministry by Bishop Paul Morgan.
