It wasn't even 20 minutes when I heard "Man...I thought I was in shape..." Naturally, the ego comes into play defending their accomplishments and achievements which are all that and then some, but answer "That's fantastic but all in the past. Everything is hindsight. They should have done or could have done, have done, has not changed, so it's about now...today...not 2 years ago. You can motor through 3-5-minute rounds all day but can last 20 minutes with your moves using partner resistance off balance training. I am showing you how to give your all and be effective, not pace yourself and waste each other's time. I am not here to repeat what your master, Sifu, Sensei or coaches teach you. That is their job. My job is to take your skill set to a higher level or performance with greater speed, overall strength, and agility and especially endurance which keeps you fresh when going the distance.
