Anita Perry has been in the fitness business since 1978. As the owner of Healthwatch Workshops, she trained individuals to be aerobic instructors, provided on site corporate fitness programs, and was a continuing education provider to the fitness industry. "I was drawn to yoga after I experienced an injury," she says, "Any I've never looked back!" Ms. Perry has a master's degree in education and is a frequent presenter at corporate and education conferences.
