He has taught at the University of Florida and was a tenured full professor at the University of West Georgia. His other affiliations include the Medical College of Virginia, the National Institutes of Health and the Stanford Research Institute International. He has researched human emotions for over 30 years and has published numerous articles and books, as well as given many presentations at conferences related to the unique discovery of actual laws of human emotions. He has lived all his life within twenty miles of where he was born and raised. He graduated from the University of Tampa with a BS in education.
