You Are Beautiful: Inside and Out (Paperback) (ISBN-13: 9798832751658)

In today's society, the issue of child obesity has become a growing concern in the United States and abroad. Statistics show that a significant number of children are facing health challenges due to their weight. Lilly is a young girl experiencing the negative effects of being overweight.

Lilly's struggle with her weight has not only impacted her physical health but also her emotional well-being. In gym class, she found it increasingly difficult to keep up with her classmates, which led to ridicule and teasing. As a result, Lilly's self-esteem took a hit, causing her to feel isolated and unhappy.

Lilly's pediatrician recommended that she make changes to her diet. By modifying her eating habits and with the support of her family joining her, they took control of their health and worked toward achieving a healthier lifestyle. This simple yet significant adjustment can have a profound impact on Lilly's overall health and help her regain confidence in herself.

You are more than your number on the scale. You are beautiful in every way!

Recommended for ages 8 and up.
