Ebbie C. Smith served fifteen years as missionary in Indonesia and twenty-four years as Professor of Christian Ethics and Missions at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He studied Christian Ethics under Dr. T. B. Maston and Missions under Dr. Cal Guy and Dr. Donald A. McGavran. Since his retirement in 2000, Smith remains concerned about church multiplication and Christian ministry.
