JAMES MALCOLM GILMORE, the author of Your Private Eye, also wrote the novels D. T, 2017; Red Bloom, 2016; Murder is My Game, 2015; and Dead Rite, 2005. He and his wife, Sally, lived and worked in Tokyo for six years before he joined Michigan State University as a Visiting Lecturer in the College of Communication Arts and Sciences. His current title is Lecturer Emeritus. He is a licensed pilot, IFR rated, with over 4000 hours in the air. He dedicates all his books to his wife and four daughters.
